What is 3XA?Anti Stick - This eliminates the need for application of grease to flange surface. Results in faster and safer flange cleaning. Ensures better sealing with replacement Gasket.
Anti Corrosion - This finish reduces the amount of leachable chlorides at the contact Surface with flange thus reducing the corrosive effect of Flange material. Asbestos Free Surface - This property confirms complete Asbestos free surface without changing any Chemical and Physical properties of Gasket.
Sheets are manufactured in Metallic & Non-Metallic to cover maximum pressure up to 200bar & temperature up to 550 degree C.
Sheets size available: 1.5mx2m, 1.5m x4m ,1.5mx6m Thickness available: 0.5mm to 6mm thickness.

- Klinger gaskets are designed for 0.25ml/minute leak rateas against 3ml/min allowable leak rate as per DIN3535/6

UNISIL non asbestos gasket sheets are manufactured in metallic & non metallic to cover variety of applications in the industry.

3. Expanded PTFE Sheets
UNISIL soft-chem,The softest PTFE material for applications where just minimal surface pressures are possible.Multidirectional expanded PTFE material. Excellent corrosion resistance together with superior creep resistance and sealability create a highgrade gasket material for a wide application field. The best choice for economical plant-wide use on services up to 260°C and pressures up to 200 bar.
UNISIL soft-chem possesses universal resistance against common chemicals, except melted alkali metal, fluorine at liquid and gas states. It is free from asbestos and other lung-intruding materials.
UNISIL soft-chem is an asbestos free material and meets the FDA requirements, doesn't have any corrosion and is able to be stored without any time limits.And is also suitable for oxygen applications.

4. Graphite sheet
Due to excellent Chemical and thermal capabilities of Graphite it is used extensively throughout the Petrochemical and Chemical industries for process duties and Steam application.
It is a good solution for higher temperature and pressure application where Non Asbestos Gaskets are to be used.
Graphite Sheets are available as,1. Pure Graphite sheets (GS) – A pure exfoliated graphite sheet for high temperature application.
2. Metallic Graphite sheets (GPSM) – A pure exfoliated graphite sheet with tanged Stainless Steel reinforcement for maximum pressure up to 200bar & 450 Degree Celsius temperature.
3. Metallic Graphite sheets (GSLS) - pure exfoliated graphite sheet with plain Stainless Steel Foil insert for ease of handling. Graphite Sheet sizes available – 1Mx1M & 1.5Mx1.5M maximum up to 3mm thickness. 3.
